Purpose
There are three possible purposes that can occur individually or jointly. They are the following:
(A) in the case of workers’ personal data, directly or indirectly managing payroll and compliance with legal obligations;
(B) in the case of clients and suppliers, developing a normal commercial relationship with them;
(C) in the case of the images captured by security cameras, so the external security company can ensure security in terms of access and the interiors of THINKINPRESS. The data will be kept as long as the relationship in question is maintained and for the necessary time permitted and/or required by Law, without prejudice to the right of deletion and others, treated below, that the owners of said personal data have. No profiling of data subjects will be carried out.
Legal basis
Consent of the owners of the personal data and in the case of candidates, the personnel selection companies.
Recipients
THINKINPRESS itself and the auxiliary companies (payroll management, accounting, security) of THINKINPRESS.
Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, limitation, and opposition to processing. Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether THINKINPRESS is processing personal data that concerns them. The owners of personal data have the right to access their personal data, request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, its erasure when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case THINKINPRESS will only retain them for the exercise or defense of claims. Also in some cases, and for reasons related to their particular situation, users and data owners may object to the processing of their data.
